Refunds & Returns Policy

At LEVLEC, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at info@levlec.com.au before returning anything so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item is faulty
  • You receive the wrong item

We may request photos of the item and packaging to help assess the issue and determine the best resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Custom or personalised products unless faulty

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item and would like an exchange, please contact us first at info@levlec.com.au.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@levlec.com.au.
